Jesse was the driving force behind **Osita**, a unique supper club on Commercial Drive that combined upscale share plates, an extensive craft drink menu, and a strong focus on live local music. Designed as a space where food, culture, and community meet, Osita quickly became a hub for Vancouver’s arts scene, even participating in the Vancouver Jazz Festival. Jesse created the full concept—from the business model to the atmosphere—while collaborating with two local designers, his wife, Jennifer Sugarman Studio and friend, Aisha Klippenstein Design, on the branding and menu development, crafting a venue that celebrated creativity, connection, and unforgettable nights out.
